Details

As far back as I can remember I’ve always been involved in sport mainly playing football. I played football from a kid up until a senior level; I also play golf and my biggest win to date was our Captains Prize in 2007 and my current handicap is 5.

 

After giving up football I got into running; my favourite distances are anywhere in between 5k and 10k. I have entered a lot of races and my best finish to date is 1st Place in St. Ann’s Park (Urban Trail 2012).

 

I studied at The National Training Centre (NTC) and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2010. I got a great opportunity to teach a Bootcamp straight after I qualified, from my first class of teaching I knew this is what I’m meant to do in life, I learnt so much from this and I absolutely loved helping people change their lives for the better so much so that I decided to go out on my own.

 

I set up a Bootcamp and called Real Results Bootcamp. I began by renting out some local sports halls and as time went on and the amount of equipment built and business got busier. I bought a van so I could carry the equipment around to help the members get the best out of their training.  I was lugging equipment around having to unpack and pack the van before and after every session. During the early years of Real Results I successfully completed my TRX Suspension Training and Pump and Tone courses meaning now I could teach these classes, so after 2 years, of renting halls, traveling to do different venues, I made the BIG decision to look for my own studio and after looking at all of my options I found the perfect studio, signed the lease, kitted the studio out and so HIIT fitness began!

 

During this time I’m delighted to say business was growing so I decided to change the name of the business to HIIT fitness.

From the first day I qualified I can proudly say I’m still as motivated and a lot more knowledgeable now than the day I began to help people get Healthier, Fitter and simply enjoy their life a whole lot more with amazing results.
