We operate a two story open plan gym, class studios, recovery zone and cafe. The vision and daily mission of the organisation is to create a welcoming environment where a like minded community can improve their fitness, wellbeing and mindfulness in a holistic way.

Located in an excellent facility less than a minute from the M50 and just off the M1. Muscle and Mind Fitness continue to grow. We continuously re-invest into state of the art equipment to ensure our facility offers the very best to our members.
