We take pride in our service, constantly looking to improve and believe in building a strong foundation, both in physical capacities and mental fortitude. We achieve this using various training methodologies and modalities, which are designed to get the most out of everyone that comes through the doors here at SDSC. Methods ranging from barbell training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics, kettlebell training, olympic lifting. All of this is achieved through using appropriate intensity, built on a belief that the fundamentals performed well is the key to mastering and achieving any goals.
We have coaches qualified and more importantly with plenty of experience in all of these methodologies and with a passion for learning and helping others. We value integrity and a solid community. Our aim is to create a training environment conducive to results, where there are no egos, only open minded, hard working individuals in a supportive atmosphere but most importantly we want to get results while having FUN.
